Where do you source your meat from?

We source our products from trusted partners who prioritize animal welfare. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, our chicken is organic, and our pork is crate-free.

How is the meat packaged for shipping?

Your order is packed in an insulated box with a specific amount of dry ice designed to keep your meat frozen or refrigerator-cold until it reaches your doorstep.

Can I customize my monthly box?

Yes, we offer both Curated Boxes, where we select the cuts for you, and Custom Boxes, where you have full control over every cut of meat included in your delivery.

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?

No signature is required. Our shipping partners are instructed to leave the package at your door. Because of our specialized packaging, the contents will remain safe for several hours after delivery.

What is your refund policy if I am unhappy with my order?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that does not meet our high standards, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for a resolution or refund.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect for that shipment.
